These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 3pointShooter website service ("3pointShooter", "Website", "Service", "we", "our", or "us"), a web-based basketball certification platform currently managed and operated by Tree Apps Limited. By accessing or using 3pointShooter, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please note: 3pointShooter is a web-based certification service under the Lion3 brand, which is an independent service brand currently managed and operated by Tree Apps Limited. Tree Apps Limited provides platform operations but does not claim ownership of the Lion3 brand. This Terms of Service applies specifically to the 3pointShooter website service and does not apply to other Lion3 services, including the Lion3 Basketball Training APP (which may have separate terms of service).

The Lion3 Basketball Training APP is a separate mobile application service that provides training records, social features (game invitations), and court check-in functionality. The 3pointShooter website and Lion3 APP are independent services under the Lion3 brand. Each service has its own features, terms of service, and user accounts. Using one service does not automatically grant access to the other.

Age Requirement / 年齡要求
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use 3pointShooter. If you are under 18 years old, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

VIP Membership Plans / VIP 會員計劃
Lion3 offers VIP membership subscriptions with monthly and yearly plans. VIP members enjoy benefits including unlimited game invitations, priority display, exclusive badges, and priority customer support.

Auto-Renewal / 自動續費
VIP subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

Subscription Cancellation / 訂閱取消
You may cancel your VIP subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to VIP features until the end of the paid period.

Lion3 offers virtual goods, including "Energy Balls" (能量球), which are used to access certain features within the Service. Virtual goods are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no monetary value outside of the Service.

All prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect subscriptions that have already been paid for.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider. We are not responsible for any issues arising from payment processing.

Digital Services / 數位服務
All purchases of VIP memberships and virtual goods are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Lion3 at any time, with or without cause or notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that we believe is harmful to the Service or other users.
