This page explains how to delete your account and personal data from the Lion3 Basketball App. If you wish to delete your account, please follow the instructions below.

⚠️ Important Notice | 重要提示
Once you delete your account, all your personal data, training records, game invitations, and other user-generated content will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Please make sure you want to proceed before confirming the deletion.

Open the Lion3 App
打開 Lion3 應用程式
Go to Profile or Settings
進入「會員中心」或「設定」頁面
Select "Delete Account" or "Account Settings"
選擇「刪除帳戶」或「帳戶設定」
Confirm the deletion operation

You may be required to enter your password to confirm.

Processing time: We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email once the account is deleted.

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently deleted:

Personal Information | 個人資料
Name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and other personal information you provided.

All training history, training statistics, training duration, and related data.

All court check-in history, court reports, and location data.

Anonymized Statistics | 匿名化統計數據
Anonymized statistical data that does not contain personally identifiable information, used for service improvement and analytics.

For data that must be retained by law, we will retain it for the period required by applicable laws and regulations. For other data, it will be deleted immediately upon account deletion.

Once your account is deleted, all data cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before proceeding with account deletion.
